Authentication
All non-bag merchandises on site are obtained through the team's years of personal connections with their luxury and fashion networks. We do not open consignment deals to public on any of our non-bag items to ensure our offer of a trusted and reliable platform. All consigned handbags and small leather accessories if not obtained through our networks will need to be authenticated by Entrupy before their launch, where a Certificate of Authenticity by Entrupy can be provided (if not already included) with a HKD 100 service fee to apply at purchase.

How It Works
A full refund will be arranged only on the condition that the ordered item never ships, or the wrong item is shipped. Otherwise, all sales are final.

All merchandises as launched would have gone through inspection by our team with their sellable condition to list. All pre-loved merchandises (specifically non brand new pre-owned merchandises including used or unused) will be highlighted with problematic areas, however, due to the basis that pre-loved merchandises are indeed, and should not be of brand new status nor condition, please allow the expectation of normal used, worn, and stored vestige conditions on these items which we may not have listed completely. Obvious and severe problems (should there be any) will be highlighted in photos, videos, and/or descriptions.

Length of clothing pieces (except shoulder-less) are normally measured from mid of shoulder to hem, or start of waist to hem for bottom pieces. For shoulder-less pieces, they are usually measured from the start edge on the side to hem. In the event when the hem is asymmetrical, length will be measured to where the majority of hem ends, or as an average unless otherwise stated. Each piece of merchandise is measured manually by hand, thus slight variances may apply from listed measurements to actual. Variances from measurements are not considered as wrong item to receive, and no exchange nor refund will apply.

All photos and videos as shared on site under each item are of actual selling product to receive (except those noted as "For Styling Reference". Please note color aberrations may occur due to individual monitors or lightings from shooting.
In case of disputes, Doozy Lux reserves the right to make the final decision.

All merchandises as available under Doozy Lux are listed under 5 respective classifications on their sellable condition. While not every product will fall 100% to how the classification describes, each product is evaluated and accessed at closest to the classification to apply. This classification will also play a part in how the product price is considered and to sell at. Please take this classification as a general application for expectation as defined by Doozy Lux. For further details on each merchandise's product condition (where applicable), please refer to additional comments or remarks as highlighted alongside.

Upon successful transaction, order will require 3 business days to process and dispatch. Once order is sent, tracking number will be shared accordingly.
We charge one flat rate for shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and China regions with FREE shipping on orders above HKD3,000 in transaction. For Rest of World, shipping charge varies between countries and are calculated by region by weight at a scale of 0.5kg per unit with a flat rate above 2.5kg. Actual charge with estimated delivery duration will be available at checkout. The estimated delivery time as suggested includes the 3 business days required for order processing, Please take the delivery duration as an "estimation" where depending on the destination region and its custom clearance process, delivery may take longer than stated. Doozy Lux is not responsible for any customs or duty fees involve for destination countries or regions. Customers are suggested to contact their local offices for such handling.
