Jeans are causal and skirts are dressy, while a denim midi skirt can achieve a happy medium.  With denim as the material, the garment brings a sense of everyday ease to your look, and an ankle-length silhouette adds to its glow.  Midi and maxi denim skirts began making appearances in fall 2022 and the trend hasn't gone anywhere since with more ankle-lengths seen in spring which continued into the recent fall 2023.  What we have here is a pre-loved piece by Alexander McQueen in a patchwork denim design with contrast black lace-trimmed mermaid hem.  Pair with a tee tucked-in alongside booties for a stylish sophisticated look.  Likewise, it can be dressed down with a sweatshirt with trainers for a comfortable weekend look that's none-the-less of great style.
