Dress pants are not necessarily only for work attires, where they can easily be 'dressed-down' in so many different ways.  Throw on an oversize shirt just like how the mannequin here is styled, and you have immediately a relaxed weekend look.  Alternatively, style with an outerwear like that of a denim jacket, and instantly it subdues the formality of the pants.  For added feminity, pair with a cardigan instead.
